TransCon Supply was formed in 2006 as a division of Rockingham Steel, Inc., headquartered in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Our Vice President and General Manager, Larry R. Thomas, came on board with more than 30 years experience in the areas of transportation construction-related materials procurement, subcontractor negotiation and project management.

At TransCon, the entire team is involved in the bidding and estimation process. This extensive knowledge of each project enables the sales and management team to provide materials and services that meet or exceed project-specific standards and specifications.
